Hi, I’m Rebecca. 

For most of my adult life, I struggled with emotional eating, weight gain, and that endless feeling of starting over. 

 

Like many women, I knew everything about nutrition — and still couldn’t get free. 

What finally changed everything wasn’t a new food rule. 

It was a new way of thinking. 

A new way of talking to myself. 

A new way of asking better questions — with the help of AI. 

 

In just under two years, I lost 88 pounds — not with willpower, but with words. 

 

I’m not a personal trainer. I’m not a doctor. 

I’m a writer, a certified mindset coach, and a lifelong learner. I’ve studied Buddhist psychology, behavioral science, and the power of language. But most of all, I’m just someone who finally found peace — and wants to share it with you.
